is a researcher on group communication based in Berlin and is currently completing a Ph.D at the Bauhaus University, Weimar. Her research explores the group communication processes which facilitate and foster creative collaboration amongst improvising ensembles.
After successfully completing her A-Levels (Abitur) in Luxembourg, she graduated from the University of Kent, in Canterbury, England, with a BA in culture and cultural sciences and then completed her MA in contemporary art theory at Goldsmiths College, University of London. Her research interests are: group communication and dynamics, systems thinking (Niklas Luhmann, Donella Meadows), creative collaboration and dialogue (David Bohm).
Lara Frisch is also certified as a dialogue facilitator by the Berlin Institute Dialog Transnational.
