We will experiment with image and sound and create, change, dissect and manipulate content. In the workshop we will look at what video or film can be apart from what can be seen primarily on TV, in the cinema or on YouTube.
Participants will learn different creative methods to create exciting filmic content from things, words, movements and other elements.
What potential does exist in the interplay of these cinematic elements? How can content, thoughts and stories be told in an experimental way?
We create our own video recordings and also work with found footage.
Previous knowledge is not necessary.
Please bring: a digital camera with video function (e.g. photo camera or smartphone) and a laptop on which a simple film editing programme can be installed.
