Nina Polaschegg

Nina Polaschegg lives in Vienna and Seeboden, working as a musicologist, music journalist, presenter and double bassist. She works for various German-language public service broadcasters, moderates concerts and writes for specialist journals. She is a lecturer at the mdw (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna). As a double bassist, she has performed in Baroque orchestras with a focus on historical performance practice and is dedicated to (free) improvisation. As an International Mountain Leader, she guides people through the mountains and offers coaching for those with a fear of heights.
