Registration for weekend-courses and regular courses

Registrations are generally only accepted online via the registration form, which is displayed under the event/course.

We are grateful for as early a registration as possible so that external course leaders and course participants can book travel and accommodation at favourable prices. This is only possible if the minimum number of participants is reached early and the course can be confirmed to take place.

Our course fees, which are listed on the website, are staggered and the participants decide (partly “according to self-assessment”) how much they want to pay. Payment by instalments: For regular courses, it is often possible to pay the course fee in instalments. Please ask the lecturer in charge about this.

Places are allocated in the order in which registrations are completed (course fees paid).

After sending the registration form, you will immediately receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming receipt of your registration. Please check your inbox as well as your SPAM folder!

Within 2-3 working days you will receive a payment request with a deadline.

For short-term registrations and transfers, we require proof of payment from you in case we have not yet received payment on our account. Please bring the transfer receipt with you to the start of the course. You are also welcome to send us the receipt by e-mail and a screenshot. In the event of overbooking in the meantime, the amount paid will be refunded immediately and in full.

Cancellation of course participation is free of charge if cancelled up to 2 weeks before the course starts, after that cancellation fees will apply (AGB exploratorium berlin).
