Ursula Seeger
(*1984) studied communication design and art education at the Braunschweig University of Art and graduated in 2013 with an exhibition on light, optics, quantum physics and the poetry of physical jargon.
Her work moves along intersections and interfaces between disciplines and media. She is interested in phenomena and questions from the field of (natural) sciences and human-nature relationships. She seeks intuitive and interdisciplinary-networking approaches to her themes and explores them linguistically and visually. She has presented her artistic and literary works in anthologies, magazines, exhibitions and at intermedia readings, such as at the 48h Neukölln festival or the Literarische Symbiosen reading series at the Belvedere am Kreuzberg.
She is particularly interested in innovative forms of creative, self-determined and interdisciplinary education. In the Maths x Art project founded by her and André Brötz, she and an interdisciplinary team design workshops for children between the arts and maths/science.
As part of the exploratorium berlin team, she is head of the young explo section and works in the media workshop.
