Workshop in German language.
‘It is the opposites that move our minds’ (Sir John Eliot Gardiner)
Working with opposites – fast or slow, loud or quiet, wild or delicate, round or angular, high or low, forwards or backwards – results in countless possibilities for movement expression and dance.
In contrasts with each other, in playful-experimental actions with objects, with a ‘view’ into the animal, plant and art world, we will expand our spaces of perception and experience. These experiences lead to personal expression, lively teaching and the creation of dances and dance theatre.
I orientate myself on the elementary movement themes according to Rudolf von Laban and on timeless, generally valid aspects of dance movement and my many years of experience in dance with children.
This training for teachers can take place over one or two days. Previous knowledge is not required, but a desire for movement is.
