Amerta is movement in connection – we touch what is vulnerable and alive.
In this workshop we invite you to experience a flow of life that carries us through time. How does it touch us and (how) do we notice it? Can we feel it while remaining still and in the moment or involve ourselves with ‘heart and soul’ in our dance? We may be experiencing in our own way “that existence of a continuous stream of life that can produce bliss” (Arymurthy 1979). Completely nonjudgmentally, we can practice following the impulses and sensations that arise. And even if we then move in a strange and unknown way, something may be touched that is vulnerable and alive.
We then also practice
- To move in resonance with our environment.
- Doing non-doing, where moving and being moved” flow into each other.
- To follow impulses coming from the world of reality and from the world of dreams, gravity and weightlessness; we move with the tangible and the invisible.
- Being an audience at the same time as we do (audience samadhi): We relax, receive, perceive and witness what is happening; from here we get involved again and incubate something, give birth to movement that was just unseen.
The workshop is aimed at everyone who enjoys exploring movement together. Beginners are cordially invited.

Sharing Movement Meeting
Sunday: 16.00 Admission and Arrival | 16.30-18.00 Moving and Sharing
After our workshop, we invite you to a movement meeting in the space of the exploratorium. All old hands of Amerta Movement are welcome, but also newcomers or simply curious people who would like to get to know this movement practice, also musicians who would like to add music to the meeting.
We open up the space for free, shared movement and exchange our experiences afterwards.
In times of Corona, special rules also apply in the exploratorium, which are summarized here.
