In a communicative and creative continuum of voice, sound, music and movement, a unique performance is created that allows all participants to contribute and express themselves in a very individual way.
The concept is that communication takes place in a special way – through play and movement. Stability and safety exercises regulate the nervous system, eliminating the typical ‘traps’ of group improvisation from the outset. Orientation and stability form the ‘central apparatus’ that is important for letting go and ‘controlling’ ourselves. Trying to become free without inner support and/or the support of the group is an illusion.
Certain rules create clear structures in the field of improvisation, but also space for ‘outbursts’. Courage and the joy of experimentation grow and each time we create our own new music and movement theatre.
