Acoustically distorted yet melodious trumpet and saxophone lines intertwine with clear percussive beats and an expansive use of double bass. In a fraction of a second, RE:2NITE changes direction: deep, arching bass tones transport the listener into a calm, spinning universe.
The next street corner could reveal a hypnotic dance party, an open construction site or the rustling of leaves in tree-lined streets.
