The improvisation ensemble Sarotti Instant was formed in 2007 in the exploratorium. It is focused on free improvisation, but also on interdisciplinary interplay with poetry, fine arts and dance as well as the inclusion of dramatic concepts.
Numerous performances took place in the exploratorium berlin, at the Neuköllner Originaltöne, at Nacht & Nebel, on the occasion of the Berlin Poetry Spring, the Berlin Foundation Day 2012, the Fête de la Musique (anually since 2014) and Festival der Dinge 2019.
The concert in the herz Jesu Church in Charlottenburg results from an exploration of the acoustics and the peculiarities of the space.
