Registrations are generally only accepted online using the registration form displayed under the event/course.
We would be grateful if you register as early as possible so that external course leaders and course participants can book travel and accommodation at reasonable prices. This is only possible if the minimum number of participants is reached early and the course can be confirmed.
Our course fees stated on the website are staggered and participants decide on the amount (sometimes “according to their own assessment”). For regular courses, it is often possible to pay the course fee in installments. Please speak to the responsible lecturers about this.
Places are allocated in the order in which registrations are complete (course fees paid).
After submitting the registration form, you will immediately receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your registration. Please check both your inbox and the SPAM folder!
You will receive a payment request with a deadline within 2-3 working days.
For short-term registrations and transfers, we require proof of payment from you in case we cannot yet record receipt of payment in our account. Please bring the transfer receipt with you to present at the start of the course. You are also welcome to send us the receipt by email and screenshot. If the course is overbooked in the meantime, the amount paid will be refunded immediately and in full.
Withdrawal from the course is free of charge if you cancel up to 2 weeks before the start of the course; after that, cancellation fees apply (General Terms and Conditions exploratorium berlin [currently only in German]).
