Fridhelm Klein

Prof. em. Fridhelm Klein, born 1938 in Berlin, Professor of Experimental Play and Media at the Academy of Fine Arts, Munich, from 1969 to 2004. Exhibitions at home and abroad. Guest lecturer at various universities, workshops, seminars, lectures at home and abroad. From 1989 to 1999 worked at the “Visitors’ School” at ART Frankfurt.

Collaboration with Herwig von Kieseritzky: “Situative musical-scenic exercises” group at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich.

Focus of his own artistic work: dealing with nature, art and communication.

Lives and works in Munich and Crete. Has been in charge of the Hallertau Academy since 2007.
