Gerhard Uebele
Born in 1962, studied musicology, philosophy and educational science. Graduated (M.A.) with a thesis on Adorno.
Since the 1980s active as a musician and event organiser with a focus on improvisation. Worked in a Berlin drug centre. Member of the string quartet “Contre Plongée”, Lisbon.
Frequent collaboration with dancers and performance artists. Works on the subject of stroll science.
Publications on Arnold Schönberg, improvised music and other music topics. Recently, increasing interest in and research into writing systems of both a purely linguistic and musical nature.
