Marie Donath

is a socially committed artist, puppeteer, art teacher and factotum.
She likes to play with light and shadow, makes puppet theatre and animated films and is fascinated by kinetic figures.

Marie was born in Munich in 1980. She studied Fine Art and New Media at the University of the Arts in London.
She has lived and worked in Berlin since 2008.
