Sofia Burchardi

Sofia is an illustrator and art educator. Having grown up in Nepal, she went on to complete her M.A. at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Denmark. She is the co-founder of the publishing house Blue Boat Books, where she works as an author, illustrator, and teacher. She also currently teaches at the Central and Regional Library and with the educational project Picture Book Journey in the Spore Initiative.
