What
We always start with a generous warm up time, often involving touch (using my/our CI knowledge). Then there will always be time for performing for each other in solo/ duet/ group constellations with or without scores. Dance is the core practice and performing improvisation the core interest. Adding sound, music, speech, are topics we might focus on during sessions. The practice is influenced by instant composition, contact improvisation, post dramatic theatre, somatics.

Details
Performing Dance Improvisation is the topic and goal of the practice. This is a beginning. There is no gig yet. Exchanges/collaborations with musicians and other art forms can happen in the future, when an ensemble has established (lots of interesting artists to meet in exploratorium).
