The Masterclass “Free Improvisation” will consist of four parts.
In the morning (10 – 13 h), there will be three parts with each of the musicians focussing on a specific topic.
- “Improvisation: play, listen, imagine” (Jacques Demierre)
- “The Beginning Is The End” (Urs Leimgruber)
- “Group improvisation: network of minds and sounds” (Thomas Lehn)
The afternoon (15 – 17 h) is dedicated to the interaction between the three facilitators and the participants. Listeners are welcome.
The workshop is aimed at musicians of all instruments (including singers) and dancers.
Workshop language is German and English.
