This workshop is all about dancing and the joy of movement.
We follow our movement impulses to music. We improvise and collect movement ideas in games and exercises.
We draw inspiration from the animal world, nature, sports, music and our own emotional world. We work individually, in partner exercises and in groups and learn to perceive the space, our own bodies and others and to react to each other.
