What
We always start with a generous warm up time, often involving touch (using our CI knowledge). Afterwards there is time for performing in solo/ duet/ group constellations with or without scores. Dance is the core practice and improvisation the core interest. Sound, music, language… are additional themes we sometimes address. The practice is influenced by instant composition, contact improvisation, post dramatic theatre, somatics. Focus and aim of the practice is the performance of dance improvisation.
