Organizational details
(The workshop is held in German language, but a translation to English is possible.)
This dance course is aimed at children aged 6-10 who want to move, dance, experiment and improvise. This semester is all about the theme “Dance of opposites”.
We improvise with the countless opposing possibilities, experiment with corresponding objects, discover unexpected movements and conquer unknown places.
Sometimes we are fast or move in slow motion, sometimes forwards, sometimes backwards.
We are wild and tender, funny and sad, tiny and huge.
Our movement can be on the ground or in the air. Sometimes it is snappy, then it goes round again. We also “look” into the world of art, animals and plants in order to expand our spaces of perception and experience.
Everything we do is about free dance. Previous knowledge is therefore not required.

A new course starts in September. A holiday course for children’s dance will also be offered during the summer holidays.
